Excelsior Springs is located approximately 30 miles (48 km) northeast of central Kansas City, Missouri. Artists will meet at the Museum located at 101 East Broadway, Excelsior Springs, Mo 64024 for maps and further information.

The paint out will run from 8AM to 4PM on Saturday, September 26 and is open to all painters of any medium. Awards will be judged starting at 5:00 pm. There is no cost to join us and paint. To enter the Cash Awards Competition there is a $35.00 entry fee per artist. Artists must be registered no later than 12PM (day of event) to be eligible for awards. You will need to get your canvases stamped in order to be eligible to enter for the awards.
Cathy Kline will judge this event. Cathy is a well-known Kansas City artist. She teaches art classes in painting and drawing in Parkville, Mo.
Artwork will be displayed for public purchase on the Excelsior Springs Museum & Archives patio.

You will still need to get canvases stamped prior to painting to be eligible to enter for the awards.
You are not required to register if you just want to paint. If you want to be eligible for the above prizes you must register either the day of the event or with this form. All canvases must be stamped the day of the event. By registering you agree to sell anything entered in the awards process. You are not required to enter all paintings completed the day of the event. Paintings may be sold from their easel anytime during the event. If a painting is sold in advance, it will not be eligible for the Purchase Award and Cash competition.
